How do I receive a refund instead of a credit on my account?

We typically do not issue a refund on a credit balance unless you are closing your account.

There is a 3% processing fee for all refunds.

To receive a refund, please call 888-894-8295 to speak to a representative, or email our customer support team at info@myhotlunchbox.com, and we will be happy to process your refund back to your card on file, minus the 3% fee.
