What if my child is sick or unexpectedly absent? Can I get a credit for their lunch?
We understand that things can change unexpectedly. While we always do our best to accommodate our customers, we are unable to cancel any orders after 12:00 PM (noon) the day before delivery. This deadline is necessary because our reports lock at that time to give our vendors the time they need to prepare all the meals.
If you have an urgent issue after this cutoff, please call us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee a credit, we will always do our best to assist you if we can.
In the event of an illness or absence, we recommend contacting your school to explore options such as picking up the lunch, sending it home with a sibling or friend, or offering it to a teacher or another student.
