How do I cancel a meal?

Canceling a meal is easy!

 You have until 12pm (noon) the day prior to the lunch delivery to cancel a meal and receive an automatic credit.

Simply log in, navigate to the “Lunch Calendar,” click the name of your student on the date you wish to cancel, and click “Delete.” This will cancel the meal and trigger an automatic credit back to your account.

This credit amount will be shown in green under your name on the left sidebar.

Credits automatically apply to your next purchase and never expire!
